What Data We Collect
- Order and contact data: name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, delivery address and delivery notes.
- Business data (HoReCa, wholesale and export clients): company name, tax details (NPWP) and billing contacts needed for invoices.
- Order history: products, quantities, prices, payment status.
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or website forms.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics.
We do not store your full card details. Online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout under its own security standards.
Why We Use Your Data
- to process, deliver and invoice your orders;
- to answer questions and handle quality claims under our Return & Refund Policy;
- to meet tax, accounting and food-safety record-keeping obligations;
- to improve the website and measure which pages and offers work;

Who We Share It With
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us run the business: delivery couriers, payment providers, our CRM and accounting systems, website hosting, and analytics and messaging services (Google, Meta / WhatsApp). How Long We Keep It
Order, invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by Indonesian tax and company law (up to 10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, to stop marketing messages, or to withdraw your consent. Send your request to sales@pasificmakananlaut.id or via WhatsApp; we respond within 3 x 24 hours as required by UU PDP. Data we must keep by law cannot be deleted until that period ends.
Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
