This policy explains how.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Freshness Guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Arrived damaged, spoiled or thawed?<\/strong> We replace it or refund you in full.<\/li><li><strong>Wrong product or wrong weight?<\/strong> We deliver the correct item or refund the difference.<\/li><li><strong>Not as described?<\/strong> We review your case and offer a replacement or refund.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Report a Problem (within 24 hours)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Message us on WhatsApp <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/6281138313738\">+62 811 3831 3738<\/a> or email <a href=\"mailto:sales@pasificmakananlaut.id\">sales@pasificmakananlaut.id<\/a> within <strong>24 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Send your order number and clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging.<\/li><li>Keep the product refrigerated or frozen until we reply.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We usually reply within minutes during working hours and resolve most cases the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seafood is a perishable food product, so we cannot accept returns of items that were delivered in good condition and as ordered, or of products that were opened, cooked or stored incorrectly after delivery. If we need the product back for inspection, our courier collects it free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds are issued within <strong>3 business days<\/strong> to your original payment method. Bank or card processing may add a few days before the amount appears on your statement. Delivery fees are refunded when the whole order is affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you received the wrong item, we deliver the correct product as soon as possible \u2014 usually the same day \u2014 or refund it, whichever you prefer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Changes and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can change or cancel an order free of charge before it is cut, packed or dispatched. Custom cuts, special orders and bulk HoReCa orders prepared to your request cannot be cancelled once processing has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restaurants, Hotels and Wholesale Clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For HoReCa and wholesale deliveries, please check the goods on receipt and note any issue on the delivery note.
